MGER is a client assignment driven business yet our
success relies totally on the quality of candidates that we can provide them.
To this end we have a gold standard database built up
over a number of years with people who have been part of search projects or have
been referred to us.
New candidates with the credentials for management and
key roles are always very welcome.
We support our candidates as much as we can. We
have for the last two years run personal Candidate Marketing programmes for
selected individuals who have found themselves out of work for one reason or
another and who fit our criteria for inclusion. More recently we have expanded
this activity to pro-actively sending short profiles on a number of candidates
to our contact base on a monthly basis.
