Here we present videos relating to Rush’s music as well as episodes of Rick Beato‘s “What Makes this Song Great?” in which he explores the music of the Canadian band RUSH.
Rush was a Canadian rock band consisting of Geddy Lee (bass, vocals, keyboards), Alex Lifeson (guitars), and Neil Peart (drums, percussion). Rush is known for its musicianship, complex compositions, and eclectic lyrical motifs drawing heavily on science fiction, fantasy, and philosophy.
The Story of RUSH
The Story of Rush - Short Documentary#Rush #RushDocumentary #MaryWeinrib
This is the story of Rush, a canadian rock band that, in my opinion, has covered every musical bass and more. Comprised of Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart, Rush has explored progressive, soft and hard rock amongst other genres in their 41 year career.
Neil has since tragically passed away after a three year battle with cancer. RIP.

Alex Lifeson Double Neck EDS-1275
Alex Lifeson Double Neck EDS-1275Rush legend Alex Lifeson talks about Gibson Custom’s new Alex Lifeson Double Neck EDS-1275. The guitar is a replica of Lifeson's own '70s Gibson Double Neck. Lifeson especially loves the way the guitar has been matched to his original complete with “all these little nicks and scratches and cracks in the finish just like the original has.” One of the scratches reminds of Alex of a rock and roll Rush tale….
